I've known Diego for more than 25 years when we used to play soccer together.
He's always been the joy of the dressing room and that feeling he would convey in every training session, he still keeps it today.
His career has evolved in such a magnificent way that I'm not surprised of all the achievements he's getting.
I have had the privilege of having Diego and his methodology integrated into the Louisiana Fire over the last 5 months.
He has worked with various teams in the club all of different levels.
Through the consistent use of his methodology I have seen a marked improvement in the level of play the players have produced in training and games as well as a vast improvement on their understanding of the game.
His clear and concise instruction is also helping develop our coaches and their understanding of the game.
Diego is an excellent professional that stands out due to his great knowledge,
which has made him a coach in the best categories, and for being a great human administrator,
which makes him earn the players' trust and respect.
The little that I could enjoy him, he transmitted me high doses of empathy, knowledge and experience.
He has a great capacity for adaptation that led him to train girls and win the Copa de la Reina title of national prestige and do a great job in grassroots football.
Great professional and inspiring coach, an expert in ball control methods adapting them to every team, great working capacity.
It's been really rewarding working with him.

Diego was my talent scout when I was playing children's soccer games in Hospitalet.
From there, I went on to play in Espanyol.
Since then, he hasn't stopped training players and specially people.
He's now in the US, amazing!!
As a teammate, always a friend and a collaborator.
As a football player, work and perseverance.

Conozco a Diego desde hace más de 25 años cuando jugábamos juntos a fútbol. Siempre fué la alegría del vestuario y ese sentimiento que transmitía en cada entrenamiento lo sigue manteniendo a día de hoy. Su carrera ha evolucionado de manera magnífica y no me extrañan todos los éxitos que está consiguiendo.
He tenido el privilegio de tener a Diego y su metodología integrada en el Louisiana Fire durante los últimos 5 meses.
Ha trabajado con varios equipos en el club de diferentes niveles.
A través del uso consistente de su metodología, he visto una marcada mejora en el nivel de juego que los jugadores han producido en el entrenamiento y en los juegos, así como una gran mejora en su comprensión del juego.
Su instrucción clara y concisa también está ayudando a desarrollar nuestros entrenadores y su comprensión del juego.

Lo poco que pude disfrutar de él, me transmitió altas dósis de empatía, conocimiento y experiencia. Tiene una gran capacidad de adaptación que le llevaron a poder entrenar a chicas y ganar al Copa de la Reina, título de prestigio nacional y hacer una gran labor en el fútbol base.
Gran profesional y un excelente motivador, conocedor del fútbol de posesión, adaptándola en todos su equipos, gran capacidad de trabajo, fué muy enriquecedor trabajar con él.
Honestidad, fiabilidad y capacidad de trabajo en cada una de sus etapas en las que estuve cerca de él ... y, persistente en el tiempo, tanto en su formación personal, como en su ilusión ante cualquier reto...
Diego fue mi descubridor cuando era infantil en L'Hospitalet. De ahí pasé al Espanyol. Desde entonces no ha parado de formar jugadores, y sobre todo personas.
Ahora en EEUU, impresionante.
